Ukraine is a state with a strong, professional military, where there is no room for gender-based manipulation and women face no barriers to career advancement or decision-making. The consequences of the war have been overcome through the effective reintegration of veterans into society. Women and men veterans successfully realize their potential in civilian life and become economically independent.
To support the women who joined the security and defense sector, organized the home front, and transformed society’s perception of women’s roles — to sustain their resilience throughout the war and to foster women’s leadership and proactivity for building sustainable peace and contributing to Ukraine’s recovery.
